Disconnections or dropouts occur for a variety of reasons, none of which Integrity can control for you.

A computer speaks in a digital language. When you log on to the Internet at home your computer digitally asks your modem to make the connection. Your analogue modem translates this message from a digital signal to an analogue signal, then dials out through your phone line to send the message to its destination. Your call then travels from your home to the Telstra Exchange where it is assigned a random line. This is where there can be problems and disconnections may occur. Your message travels via fibre optics to our high quality digital modems and then to its destination.

We understand this can be very frustrating and to help you minimise this problem we have assembled the checklist below. Read through these tips and see if any of these suggestions apply to you. If you would prefer to download and view a document offline, you can download this PDF file.
